When I first saw the layout of Treasure at Tampines in Singapore, I instantly knew that I wanted to find out more about it. I like that the development in District 18 is not one of those towering condo sites. Granted, it is still 12 stories tall, but that is not very high compared to some of the others. I have no desire to live amongst the clouds, and this was definitely more to my liking. I also liked that the different units were so different from one another. Rather than everyone having a cookie cutter unit, there were several floor plans to choose from.
It is really close to where I work, but that is not the only nice point about it. It is also very close to Century Square, which is where I do a good bit of my shopping. Knowing that it is just a short drive rather than having to go all the way across town to get to it is very appealing to me! I also like that it is patrolled around the clock. I have a feeling that it is a very safe place to live even without that, but it is a nice bonus that piqued my interest even more.
There is a lap pool there along with a tennis court, a gym, a club house, barbecue spots throughout, and so much more. I knew I would have no problem finding something fun to do there or even something relaxing, so I then turned my attention to the floor plans. I was impressed with each one, but it was easy to pick the one that I wanted. While they were all nice, the two bedroom with a study really spoke to me. Now all I have to do is wait until I can move in, and then life really is perfect for me!
